They gave me standard twin room with huge beds and good AC. The stuff was very very helpful and polite, my every need was addressed. The location was absolutely perfect - close to restaurants and bars.

The rooms were spacious and the location on 5th avenue was fantastic.

We got an upgrade to a huge and comfy room with climate control, a personal safe, and a seating area. The staff were nice and took care of us. The hotel had a very central position adjacent to the center of Playa del Carmen and the shop and all the bars and best restaurants...

Shame the bathroom was cold.

The location here is amazing, with shops and the beach close by, and all the staff are friendly and polite.

My room here had everything I needed - a cozy bed, AC, a safe, and a nice sitting area. And guess what? It even had a bathtub in the private bathroom 🛁.

The room at Rustik-Inn was beautifully designed and the surrounding garden created a relaxing atmosphere. The beds were comfortable and the staff was incredibly helpful, allowing us to store our bags and stay in the common area even after check-out. I would recommend this hotel for its beautiful accommodations and helpful staff.

Convenient location near shops and restaurants. Friendly staff made check-in easy and accommodated early arrival. Room was spacious and well equipped. Enjoyed the comfortable bed and large shower. a great value for the price.

Everything perfect. Beautiful room, comfortable and homely. Lovely bonus of shampoo and soaps. Big shower area. Nice and big room with AC and fan option. Great location on 5th ave with everything at the doorstep. No noise issue. 10/10 would stay again and recommend!
